went to the state fair thursday with murph and clayton
fried goodness everywhere
we bought gatorades before we went in to save us a few bucks and then found out you can’t bring your own drinks in
fortunately the door guy said “well if you stick it in your pocket and i can’t see it, i can’t do much about that”
good guy
we wandered and entered lotsss of raffles for free stuff
picked up a few coupons for goodwill
and here’s a rundown of the money spent
entrance-$10
veggie combo -$6 (fried zuchinni, green beans, mushrooms, and cauliflower)
fried oreos- $3.50 (AMAZING. i’m an oreo fiend. glad i finally got to try these bad boys)
strawberry smoothie- $4.50
cheese curds- $5.50
ye old mill- $2.50
grand total in four hours of the fair - $32!
but man is it worth it
plus the people watching there is phenomenal
